Michael Krasnerman, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Krasnerman has over 30 years experience in the life insurance industry as
a top producer with Northwest Mutual & Guardian Life. In addition,
Mr. Krasnerman has been President & co-founder of a wholesale insurance
distribution network with 5,000 independent producers. Mr. Krasnerman enjoys
long-standing personal relationships with a large network of top originators
and producers across the United States.
Daniel C. Goldman, P.C. - Outside General Counsel
Mr. Goldman has 17 years of legal experience. Mr. Goldman's experience includes insurance and
securities regulatory affairs, specialty finance, litigation, and business management.
Mr. Goldman has served as senior counsel to life settlement companies; counsel to Weil Gotshal & Manges
and other international law firms, and as Associate Attorney within the New York State Insurance Department.
Mr. Goldman serves as Outside General Counsel to AllFinancial Group LLC, a vertically integrated
group of life settlement companies.
He is a member of the New York, Florida and Massachusetts Bars and holds a B.A. in Philosophy
from Brandeis University and a JD, cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
Alan J. Goldberger, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Goldberger has been a certified public accountant for over 20 years.
He has provided his clients with accounting and tax services and assisted
the management team with the financial insight they need in order to make key
decisions based on current and forecasted financial information.
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Bernard M. Baruch College,
The City University of New York.
Joanna DiMaggio, Director of Operations
Ms. DiMaggio has over 20 years of financial services experience.
Her areas of responsibility have included retail and institutional sales,
credit and risk management, distressed asset portfolio management and developing
and implementing operational and compliance-related work flow and processes and
procedures at various firms including Creditanstaldt, Hypovereinsbank and Citigroup.
Primary responsibilities at AFG include workflow processes and procedures,
day-to day operations and policy disposition.
